A 7 Days to Better Body serie of articles coming on

I’ve started writing this serie recently and I’m sure many of you will be interested by it. I’ll be providing a great deal of information about pretty much everything that surround the methods of getting a better body during a 7 day period.

You can currently see the presentation of this serie at 7 Days to a Better Body. Until then, have fun browsing my network of blogs, you might discover much you didn’t know. and soon to be online

I purchased those two domain names today in order to “look” like a better reference online. will replace my old blog located at (which will now redirect to the domain name) and will be replaced by As I’m sure you have realised, those link where quite long and subdomains under my name is a bit repelling, not that my name is ugly… (how could a name be ugly?)

I should be quite more active on both of these and will try to promote them in order to get them popular as I’m sure the content already available there is gold.

Then I went to and grabbed his Microsoft Rich Textbox Control 6.0 (SP4) (richtx32.ocx) which was version By executing regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\RICHTX32.OCX on my winXP computer, the damn thing finally registered itself!

Redirect to www

Options +FollowSymLinks
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^your-domain-here\.com
RewriteRule ^(.*)$$1 [R=permanent,L]

This code placed in your .htaccess will give you the possibility to send any visitor coming to to This has a great advantage especially with search engines because all your pages will be referenced under the same “subdomain” as if you had both, you’d get links and links which would count as different pages.
